Returns and Refunds

At OddTech, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products. We understand that manufacturing defects can occur despite our best efforts, which is why we offer a replacement policy for such instances.

Please note that an unboxing video is a mandatory requirement for processing refunds or replacements. This video serves as crucial documentation to facilitate a smooth resolution process for your defective product.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we kindly request you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate the replacement process, please write to our support team at  orders@oddtech.inand include clear pictures that capture the defect.

Upon verifying the defect, if we determine that a replacement is necessary, we will promptly arrange for a new product to be sent to you. However, if we are unable to replace the defective product due to stock availability or any other unavoidable circumstances, we assure you that we will initiate a refund for the respective amount.
